What I am actually working on, rather than what I have worked on.

Building

Axiom, the private operating system this site describes. The trading layer runs unattended and reports in the morning; the agentic layer is where most of the new work goes, because a system you cannot ask questions of is a system you end up reading logs for.

Most recently I have been teaching it to answer in views rather than in tables, which turns out to be a design problem far more than a model problem.

Shipping

So Lit City, a rebuild for a Salt Lake City event production company. Next.js and Tailwind, statically generated, with a multi-tenant client portal behind it. It goes live shortly.

Studying

Still working on Korean, four years after leaving Seoul. It is the one thing I do that has no roadmap attached to it and I would like to keep it that way.

Reach out about any of it: job stuff, client work, Korean practice, trading war stories. Type it into the box below, or find me on LinkedIn or Instagram.

This is a /now page, a convention started by Derek Sivers. If you keep one too, tell me where it is.
